You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging be more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returned.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@bioticamixx.nl. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging be more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returned:
- The customer has 14 days to withdraw from the order (report return).
- After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to actually return it.
- The refund should take place within 14 days after the return notification.
