BioticaMixx probiotic supplements are stored under refrigerated conditions (2–8°C) to ensure maximum stability.

We do not use active cooling or insulated packaging for shipping. This is possible because our products remain stable for a maximum of 7 days at temperatures up to 25°C during transport.

This allows us to deliver efficiently and reliably without compromising the quality of the bacterial strains.

What does this mean for you?

• Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped.
• Products remain stable during normal transport.
• Upon receipt, the product should be refrigerated immediately (2–8°C).

We recommend accepting the shipment directly if possible and placing the product in the refrigerator as soon as possible after receipt.

Delivery time
We aim to deliver orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Quality and stability
Our probiotic formulas are developed with attention to stability during transport. Although refrigerated storage is recommended for long-term preservation, temporary exposure to room temperature during shipping is not a problem within the specified period.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (Refrigerated Products)

Statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons.

If you wish to do so, you must inform us by email within these 14 days.

Additional conditions due to refrigerated storage
Because Bioticamixx probiotics are refrigerated products and may only be outside of refrigeration for a maximum of 7 days, the following additional conditions apply:

• The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
• The product must have been refrigerated immediately upon receipt (2–8°C).
• After notification of withdrawal, the product must be returned within 3 days.
• The product must not have been outside of refrigerated conditions for more than 7 days in total.

If, upon receipt, it appears that the cold chain has been interrupted or the maximum period outside of refrigeration has been exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse the return due to product safety and quality assurance.

Opened products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Refund
After receipt and inspection of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days via the original payment method.
